|Recommended: YesI love my apartment Home — I’ve only been living here for 3 months and I love our cozy apartment home. I have a four bedroom 2 full bath and it is very cute. I feel the rent could be maybe a little lower by maybe 150.00. Because they are older apartments but very cute layout. I say this Just because the utilities are a bit on the higher side because of the older windows. But other than that it’s worth it because it has a pool so that is less of an expense I’ll be making during the summer-So it balances it off you know. But I really wish it’d be just a tad bit cheaper, because I rent a full 4 bedroom myself with one income And then it would be perfect If that ever became a thing where a family rents a whole apartment without roommates there should be a bit of a discount for doing so. Then I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It would become a long term home that I love. Just a thought

|Recommended: YesGood — Some of the items such as the door or the light are a little worn out with scrapes or rust. The dishwasher was leaking for a bit and the lights didn’t turn on so well all the time. Other than that, it’s a pretty good place to live
|Recommended: YesSpacious Rooms — It really is a good place to live in. The one thing I liked the most is the free breakfast in the office. It really is a good initiative by your team. As a college student, I feel it is very helpful for many students living here as me. I wish I could recommend to someone but I just got here, so I really don't know anyone yet. I will definitely refer this place once I have a chance to do so.
