We are getting into the full swing of the holiday season here at The Madison! We had a really great turnout for our Food Truck Friday's here and enjoyed getting to try some new local food around Ames! Along with that we loved seeing how creative everyone got with their costumes and door decorations during the month of October! In November we loved getting to host our Midnight Madness event and delivering our Thanksgiving meals!  

 

For December we are stepping up our game for December with a lot of great events coming up! We are hosting another decorating contest with your freedom to decorate your room, trees, doors, patios/balconies, or your whole apartment! Our decorating contest is going to be followed with our 12 Days of Giveaways which if you haven't already renewed, if you renew during our 12 Days of Giveaway event you will be eligible to enter into our contest to get to be drawn to smash an ornament and win a prize! Your entries to win are highest on the first days with 12 entries if you sign the first day, and 11 entries if you sign the second day, and decreasing entries as the 12 Days go on!

 

Another reminder with COVID-19 cases rising, especially within Ames, face-masks are mandatory in the clubhouse, and hand sanitizer stations are placed conveniently within major walkways. Our gym and computer lab amenities, now coincide with our front-office hours and close at 5pm for regular sanitization.
